I was hungry for something sweet today so made this quick little dessert/snack for myself. I chopped up an apple and roasted it in cinnamon on a pan.
Then on the same pan, I made crumble from buckwheat flour, oats and coconut-oil, sweetened it with honey. I added some low-fat greek yogurt. It only took a few minutes to prepare and it was very satisfying 🙂

Small knob of ginger
A clove of garlic
1 chili pepper
1 onion (red or white)
A hand full of coriander/cilantro
1 tsp garam marsala
1 tsp curry powder
2 table spoons tomato paste
400 g ground beef
1. Chop onion, coriander and pepper. Grate ginger and garlic.
2. Mix together with spices add tomato paste/pure and blend slightly with handblender
3. Now turn this in the ground beef add flour and fry on hot pan.
Hey cuz! This morning was a quick but really easy breakfast. The best part about it is that it is super filling due to the combination of egg and avocado. I poached the eggs, adding 1 tbs of white whine vinegar to a pot of simmering water and then gently pour the egg in. I toasted the bread and topped that with a mixture of avocado, salt and pepper, and lemon juice. Added a few leaves of parsely, drizzled some olive oil on top, and thats that! Quick, easy, healthy.
