Goodmorning J. It’s morning here in Copenhagen anyway. So this is our first post, I made this a few days ago for my dinner it was really delicious and easy.
I don’t have a detailed recipe for this one. All I did was chop the cauliflower in to thin slices and then roast it in the oven with salt, pepper and olive oil. I started boiling the quinoa, then i mixed fresh parsley, lemon juice, honey and oliveoil which the quinoa and roasted cauliflower was later turned in. The salad is just tomatoes and baby-leaves with some lemon and olive oil on. Easy, quick, filling and delicious.
